I just wanted to pop-in and say HELLO, as I have not blogged in a while……..
So here I go again, 2nd round of LIIFT4 by Beachbody. My goal the first time around was to increase my weights and that is EXACTLY what happened. I originally started the program with 5 lb. weights and ended the program with 17.5 lb. weights. Well this time around, I am STARTING with 17.5 lb. weights and I hope that I can increase to 30 lb. weights by the time I end this 2nd round. Oh and I won’t mind if I lose some weight too!
I do have to say, one thing about this program is the workouts are 4 days a week and the other 3 gives your body time to rest up. It also gives you the opportunity to do other things rather than worrying about whether or not you can get your workout in. I don’t know about you, but 4 days a week, sign me up! Ok now back to my regularly scheduled program……FRIENDS!!! LOL
