Ingredients:
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 lb. of ground beef
2 bell peppers
1 tablespoon of liquid aminos
1 cup beef broth
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup of Rao’s Marinara Sauce
1 onion chopped fine
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Frank’s hot sauce
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 package of Riced Cauliflower
Directions:
In a pan add one tablespoon of olive oil and onions, cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent. Then add one tablespoon of olive oil and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add the peppers to the pan a cook for 3-5 minutes. Next add the ground beef to the pan and cook until the beef is browned. Add the liquid aminos, beef broth, Italian Seasoning, celery seed, parsley, hot sauce, chili powder, riced cauliflower, and marinara sauce and cook to reduce the liquid. Once liquid has been reduced, add in the mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and serve immediately with a side salad.
